Return Procedures 

 

NON-DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE RETURNS

 

Prior to returning any merchandise (defective or otherwise), customers must complete the RMA form and e-mail or fax it to us to obtain a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. This form is located under the Returns heading on our website.

 

All non-defective returns must be in resalable condition and in original packaging. Please do not mark, write address or Return Authorization Number on the outside of the original packaging.

 

A 20% restocking fee will apply for all non-defective returns. Non-defective returns are only accepted within 30 days of original invoice date. Return Authorization numbers are valid for 15 days from date of issue. All returns are subject to inspection on the resale condition and credit will be issued once the product has been received and inspected. All return freight shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the error was made by us.

 

All sales made on special order, non-stock items, discontinued items are final and are not returnable.



DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE RETURNS

 

All defective returns must be pre-authorized by Tulsa Ink & Toner, LLC, and have a Return Authorization Number. All returns without an RMA number will be refused. Please complete the RMA form and e-mail or fax it to us us for a Return Authorization Number. We will credit or exchange (your choice) the defective product upon receipt and inspection of the merchandise.

 

Please Note: All returned cartridges are weighed and compared against the full and empty weight. If a cartridge is found to be more than half empty, then no refund will be given.

 


SHORTAGES OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

 

All shortages and damages from FedEx, UPS or other freight carriers must be reported to Tulsa Ink & Toner, LLC within 48 hours of delivery. All trucking company freight shortages or damages must be filed at the receiving site with the trucking carrier. If you receive product that has been obviously damaged in transit, please refuse the delivery. If you notice a shortage or damage after the carrier has left your premise, you must file a claim with the carrier according to their policies.

 


SHIPPING ERROR

 

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving incorrect products. If we inadvertently shipped you the wrong item (items different from what you ordered), we will immediately replace the product. Please complete the RMA form and e-mail or fax it to us. We will e-mail you a prepaid shipping label, with instructions, to return the wrong products.
